Our Story
Begins Here

we always make
the best

We are Moroccan-Dutch developers who operate mainly in the South of Lombok. Lombok has stolen our hearts; the lovely people, amazing food, tropical weather, mesmerizing beaches and the many mosques.

We are blessed with living in different cultures and have travelled and seen many countries and their beautiful people, nature and customs. We try to incorporate all these insights and experiences in our designs. We love construction because it gives us the opportunity to create something of value, economically and spiritually.

The management of the properties comes naturally to us. With our experience in different small and corporate business we are trained to be professional, service minded and continuously improving.

Hospitality at the highest level runs in our Moroccan blood. We like connecting and engaging with our guests, so that their stay is enjoyable and without any stress. Each guest is like our family member, we want to take care of them so that they have the best experience. Combined with Lombok friendliness you get something extraordinary.

Lombok is our home and everyone is welcome!

Hicham Rhezouani

Founder and director of Lina Boutique Villas & SPA
I already live 10 years in Lombok and speak fluent Bahasa Indonesia

With a background in psychology, I started my professional journey in the Netherlands where I founded and directed several companies including Zorgia and Ipsy.

After moving to Lombok over 10 years ago, I co-founded Lina Boutique Villas & SPA and discovered my passion for hospitality and property development. I love developing unique concepts and making guests feel truly at home.

At Noor Villas I will be managing the project; from creating the design together with our architects to picking out all furniture and what is in between. I will also take on the role of Property Manager, just as I have done successfully at Lina Boutique. As Property Manager I consistently achieve high guest ratings. But don’t just take my word for it; feel free to check the reviews of Lina Boutique on the major booking platforms. Quality and guest experience are always my top priorities.

Rahim El-Allouchi

Co-Founder of Lina Boutique Villas & SPA
Founder of Rahim Investments

After 12 years at Abn Amro bank and 5 years at NS Stations, I knew it was time to stop working for others. I started Rahim Investments and co-created Lina Boutique Villas & SPA with Hicham.

I have always enjoyed creating value and with The Lombok Villas, that value comes with joy, both for buyers and for our guests. Our latest project, Noor Villas, is all about combining smart profits with happiness. For Noor Villas I am responsible for finance and sales during the development phase.

Interested in owning a Noor Villa? Book a online call with me and I will explain why this is not just a great investment but a rewarding journey.

About Lombok

Lombok, also known as “The Island of a Thousand Mosques”, is a tropical island in Indonesia, located next to Bali. With approximately 3.5 million inhabitants, the majority of whom are Muslim, Lombok offers a unique mix of unspoiled nature and rich culture. The island attracts hundreds of thousands of tourists annually, often as part of a combined trip with Bali.

The Indonesian government has designated Lombok as one of the ‘10 New Balis’ and is heavily investing in infrastructure, including road improvements and the expansion of the international airport. Property prices are rising rapidly, making Lombok an increasingly attractive destination for investors looking to benefit from the island’s booming tourism sector.

About Kuta

Kuta, Lombok, is the island’s tourism hotspot. Known for its stunning beaches and relaxed atmosphere, Kuta attracts surfers, adventurers, and luxury travelers alike. The main street is packed with restaurants offering cuisines from around the world and continues to expand.

The region is developing rapidly, supported by the Indonesian government’s efforts to promote Lombok as a top destination. A key example of this investment is the Mandalika International Street Circuit, which hosts international motorsport events and brings additional tourism to Kuta. With an average hotel occupancy rate of 70-80% per year and rising property prices, Kuta offers excellent opportunities for investors.
